A Message from Principal Gretchën Griffin
Dear Sherwood Families and Community Members,
Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! I am excited and honored to be your new principal. It is truly a privilege to be a part of a community where parents, teachers, site staff, and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth.
At Sherwood we believe that a child's education is fostered by the school and families working together to provide a learning experience where the students will excel. Our mission is to teach students how to learn, to help them gain knowledge, and to promote a positive self-image and growth in a culture of safety and respect. We are enthusiastic and committed to building positive relationships with our families and community. We believe in ALL our students and can’t wait to celebrate their success!
